We were very pleased with the exterior painting job done on both our house and barn. The barn needed a lot of work before they could paint and they did a very good job at replacing the rotted wood. The painting of the house made it look so much cleaner and nicer they took great care of covering light fixtures and ring cameras to avoid paint getting on them. The crew was courteous and very thorough I would highly recommend Madrid painting

I hired Fred and his crew for exterior painting and replacing rottenwood on my house. These guys went above and beyond with the quality work they provided. They showed up early and worked late into the evenings. They were patient, while listening to my needs and made adjustments as needed. My house looks like a brand new house. Great company to work with from the competitive bid through the complete on-time finish and walk-through. I had several bids, and Madrid was much better than several others. Additionally, their reviews were great, and their schedule busy so I knew they had a good reputation. Day one was caulking and taping of home exterior. No area was missed and the house was prepped to perfection. Day 2 was body color, and Day 3 was trim and cleanup. The crew worked long hours, took only one short break, if any, and worked diligently from 8am to at least 6pm. Communication was great, and there no additional expenses or surprises. My crew leader was exceptional, no wasted time and professional, clean work all around. Highly recommend Madrid Painting. I'm already dreaming of the next project...

Madrid Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. In addition to the quality of their work, they were punctual, and they kept me informed of their schedule (there was rain in the forecast). They are extremely responsive, polite and considerate.
