Sue & I contracted with Madrid Painting to paint our house, replace some wood rot, and some interior ceiling painting. One never knows about contractors’ performance but we can certainly say Fred Madrid and his team far exceeded our expectations! His crew were top professionals, on time, and finished as scheduled.

I had a tough time finding contractors to do both wood rot removal and painting, until I found Matrid Painting. I ended up taking a Winter deal that they had, and it was relatively affordable, moreso than I thought when it comes to these types of services. My house had a lot of woodrot. Due to the woodrot of the house, I expected a high amount of cost. Fred gave me a quote that included both painting and woodrot. Again, it was more affordable than I expected. I spoke with Fred Matrid, and he was easy to talk to. Gave me options and ended up giving me a quote in a timely manner. Later I ended up working with Carlos, a hard working carpenter, and he did a great job at assessing the damage of the woodrot on the house and fixed it more quickly than I expected. When it came to painting, they were very fast, I took their standard option and gave them the paint color on the day of the job. They matched the paint color and painted the house within a day. I'm very pleased with the results, and definitely reaching out to them again when the time comes. I'll be updating this review later with before and after pictures.
