- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for all our services are fair and within industry standards. We work hard to make sure your pet gets proper exercise and do their business in the timeframe decided upon. Since we charge per household and not per pet we are much more reasonable than some services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do the typical meet and greet situation to meet both our customer and their animals. That way we can customize the visits as much as possible to reach some goals etc that the customer may be trying to achieve. With clear communication the problems are minimal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started in 2002 so over 20 years so far involving everything from doggy daycare, food/retail sales, mobile grooming, pet training, dog walking and pet sitting has allowed us to amass alot of knowledge about many different facets of the industry, the pets in our care, and how to set up a smooth and cohesive program
