Mr. Cantrell was unable to keep his committment this morning, but he notified me well in advance of an emergency he had to attend to. Later Mr. Cantrell called, explained the situation and we agreed it will work best for both of us to push the date of his bid out a week. I find his professionalism exceptional because I know there is a lot of work out there and he could have just as easily moved on and not contact me. I may not hire Mr. Cantrell, but he deserves high marks for our encounter so far.
