- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. I am willing to meet your budget needs, with a smile of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client sees the quality work I am going to provide them and decides to contact me, we discuss the investment and what comes out of it, the details of session or event, and what the expectations are. Once complete, I send a custom questionnaire that helps me get to know my client better. This really helps me formulate how I am going to interpret them through my lens. I follow-up before the event to make sure everything is still in place. We conduct our awesome session! After that, everyone is so anxious to see what we've done, I send out samples within 24 hours. The remainder of the work takes 1-3 weeks depending on the session. I then work with my client to ensure that everything meets their needs. Making sure everyone is satisfied is the most important thing, with a smile of course!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly finding new ways to understand the science through extensive reading, review, and projects while still maintaining my art form, style, and my instinct for interpreting others through images.
