Our first experience with Ryan Electric was three years ago when we had to prepare my mother-in-laws 80-year-old house for sale. Our realtor did a walk-through and said the house could not be sold without some major electrical upgrades. My father-in-law built the house by himself and was quite a handyman but needless to say the wiring was nowhere near code and was horrifying to look at to a professional electrician. We contracted three companies for bids, one of which said they wouldnt touch the project with a 10 foot pole it was such a mess. We got detailed bids from the two remaining companies and we went with Ryan Electric. They did a fantastic job on the electrical work, and subsequently did a few extra things for us based on the eventual buyers requests after inspection. This was a major project coming in around $8,000 but everything was done timely and in a first class fashion. In the last few years, we have used Ryan Electric at our rental house and in our own home for three different small to medium sized projects and have been very happy with the pricing and the results.
