- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know my pricing is under the market cost not because of us being any less professional than others, but for the reason of us as a company wanting to help the customer while also growing a customer base so that the company can grow and flourish
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with new customers is simple . I like for them to know us as a company and what we represent . We consistently create comfortable confident customers.

I worked for 3 moving companies where I received my training
