Robert Thomas says, "We suspected our house had sustained storm damage after we found a small leak and of course we were concerned about the process of filing a claim through our insurance. We did a Google search and Storm Guard popped up. They had good reviews so we gave them a try. That was literally the BEST home repair decision we've ever made. Gavin came out and surveyed the damage, I believe the next day, and gave a complete, accurate, timely quote and then walked us through filing our insurance claim and that was that. Jen, in the office at Storm Guard, kept in contact with us and the insurance adjuster and helped us to understand the repair process and funds disbursement from our insurer. The crew came out, when scheduled and completed the repairs to our roof in a timely manner and they were efficient, courteous, clean and professional. Storm Guard even assisted us with a very fair cash price for custom alterations to our home's roof, not covered by insurance. I can't say enough about how easy Gavin and Jen and Storm Guard were to deal with. I'd rate 6 stars if I could. Thank you Storm Guard."See more
