- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts if you have received one of our postcards in the mail! We like to physically see the area that will be painted before providing the price. So we schedule a day and time with the new potential customer to go through the area and what will be painted. After the run down, we provide a fair estimate in a few days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is we schedule an estimate and after one or three business days we get the estimate to you via email or text. After the customer signs the estimate and agrees with the pricing. We add them to our schedule to have their house painted in the next few weeks (weather permitting). If a customer does not sign the estimate they will not be added to our schedule.
