Mike was a gem! I had water leaking out from the base of my furnace whenever the AC ran. He quickly saw that the problem was due to a cap/plug needed in the nozzle located in the furnace unit to prevent the condensation from running out when the AC unit is running. The old plug had basically, disintegrated over the years. I have attached a before photo so you can see the issue. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. He knows his trade and I highly recommend him to anyone in the NW Indiana area! Melody N.

Issue was no hot water. Appointment made overnight for the following day. Mike called and confirmed the time he could arrive. Called again when he was 15 minutes away, and was able to figure out the problem. Another part was needed and Mike left and purchased the part and returned promptly to install. We are up and running again thanks to Mike! We are so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, and price.

We will never charge you to walk in the door (unless your a landlord). I will explain the issue and possible causes. Give you a price to repair/replace and allow you to make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified through IVY Tech but life long curiosity on how things work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 15 yrs in a manufacturing plant I realized I was utilizing my talents in the wrong environment.
