- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That if my pricing isn't reasonable or completely out of their range we most definitely should discuss. We will most definitely be able to come to a solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure they are completely comfortable with me coming to their establishment to clean ECT that is very important
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had about 3 months training and 5 yr + in cleaning, costumer service, management, ect
