Steven came out within 24 hours after responding to my inquiry. He immediately knew the cause of my problem and had the solution. I had another estimate and was told I needed new springs (at the cost of over $800) on a door and springs that are barely 2 years old! Steven reprogrammed the motor, tighten the springs and viola' the door operates better than it ever did!! He lubricated and did maintenance on both doors at a cost much less than $800. He didn't try to take advantage because I'm female like some other companies I've dealt with. He is very professional, honest and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely have him do maintenance on a yearly basis and he will be the person I call if anything else goes wrong with my garage doors. I highly recommend him and his company!
