Bret, Robert, and Carlos helped assess and then implement my fan installations (5). Bret visited on a Tuesday and provided recommendations and a quote and got me scheduled for the same week Friday. Robert and Carlos handled the installation with care and efficiently, and delivered within the agreed upon scope and price.

Needed a new outlet put in my back bathroom in my house and then an excellent job installing it and telling me what was going on with the old one and I would definitely request him again if I have any electrical issues.

Today was only an estimate visit but Brett arrived on time, gave everything a good looking over, and reviewed the cost. Although the cost estimate was a little higher than I was expecting, I was prepared for the shock of it all so no big issues there. When it comes to electrical or plumbing, you really have to be prepared for the cost and not take it personally, it's just the nature of those trades. You can only expect that the work done is commensurate with the cost. The work requested was scheduled very quickly (one day) and I will update once it is completed. UPDATED 11/15/23 - Jerry was out today to do the actual install. He arrived on time, was very professional and efficient. Still not sure how he fit through that ceiling access panel : - ) but completed the work, cleaned up the area, and left no trace other than I now have the receptacle I requested. I would have no problem recommending Mister Sparky based on the quality of the work performed.

Carlos was kind, professional, fast, and all around great. I do have mixed feelings about the customer experience prior. Pro: Quick to respond when I submitted a query last night. After answering a few questions I woke up this morning with confirmation the electrician could be here today between 10 and 2. I confirmed that would work and received a text confirmation with a contact card to add to My Contacts so I would know when they reach out. Con: Later I received 4 calls in the span 10min from unknown numbers that were automatically silenced and went to voicemail trying to confirm if I was home before routing a electrician my way. I was in a meeting and didn’t see the calls until I glanced at my phone. Because I didn’t call back within 10min after the 4th call, I was removed from schedule. They were thankfully able to put me back on the schedule for early evening when. Also, dispatch did not communicate with the electrician that the Service Call is waived if I accept the work quote. I almost paid an extra $90. Recommendation: If a dedicated number can’t be worked out with the current system, I would advise updating the confirmation text to prompt customers to turn off Silence Unknown Callers instead of sharing a contact card. If you have the capability, I would recommend using texts as a way to ensure that someone is home and allow them to respond in kind with options like “Yes” to confirm or “No” to reschedule. Summary: I was very pleased with the work and the cost. Carlos is knowledgeable and personable and I will reach out again when I need professional electrical work. Especially if I can get Carlos. I’ll also know what to expect from the dispatch side.
