**Review: Frustrating Experience with Delayed Receipts and Questionable Pricing**
I recently hired start to finish to install two accordion doors. While the installation itself went fine, the experience around receiving my receipts has been frustrating and raises concerns. Before the installation, I requested that the receipts be brought along, and the installer assured me each door cost $149.
After the doors were installed, I asked for the receipts again. I was told that his daughter would send them by the end of the day, but that didn’t happen. I followed up multiple times, and each time I was met with new excuses and delays. I was promised the receipts on Thursday, then Friday, and now it’s Saturday, and I’m still waiting.
At this point, I can only conclude that something isn’t right. Why would it take over six days to provide a simple receipt for doors that were supposedly bought before the installation? It raises serious questions about whether the doors were purchased for the price I was told. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.
