FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for the basic and puppy courses is very straight forward, the price per session for behavior modification students is determined prior to the first session and will remain consistent throughout our training. The behavior modification students price is determined by the level of risk that our trainer is at when handling the reactive dog, but the session will cost a minimum of $90. There are absolutely no refunds for any course. If you are unable to attend a session we will happily reschedule you. If you are interested in meeting on a consistent basis you can always buy a bundle of 10 sessions at once which will help save you money. Check out our website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first identify the problem and what exactly you're looking for your dog to accomplish. Once the problem is identified and we've created a game plan for how to solve it then we make sure you have a clear line of communication to your dog and show you how to apply these new cues and skills in real life situations.
