I contacted Mal one evening when I couldn’t get the pilot on my gas water heater to light. He responded immediately and we scheduled a visit the next morning. He squeezed me in his busy schedule by coming to my house very early. He got it lit and waited another 20-30 minutes until hot water came out of the faucet. He also called me later in the day to make sure it was still working. He was a lifesaver! Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!
