- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The technician will fully inspect your appliance and provide a quote for the recommended repair. If you wish to move forward with the repair, we will deduct the inspection fee $79 from the total price of the repair. We waive the service call fee if we do the repair. You can also decline the repair and simply pay $79 for the inspection. If your case will require some parts replacement, then there will be additional fees for parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 – **************************. Have the make and model ready to help us diagnose the problem. 2 – Choose a time that is appropriate for you. Repair visits are generally set within a three-hour window. You will get a reminder call the day before your appointment. 3 – Prepare your home. Clear any clutter near the appliance. Make sure your kids and pets aren’t underfoot or near to avoid any potential danger. 4 – A highly qualified technician will show up to conduct diagnostic tests for your unit. Techs are fully aware of your repair history. We are stocked with most of the commonly needed parts – some of which the tech may have pre-ordered just for you. If the problem calls for another part, it’ll be ordered. 5 – Share your experience with us and other customers. We are always looking to improve ourselves to deliver the best services in the industry.

– MST Certification – Certification in the following courses: Core Appliance Repair, Advanced Refrigerator Repair, Advanced Oven and Range Repair, Advanced Washer and Dryer Repair, and Advanced Troubleshooting courses. – HVAC courses – Samsung manufacturer courses – EPA universal licenses
