I contacted Devan for a bid on a barn build-out. Time was of the essence, as I have a mini donkey expecting to foal at anytime. Devan not only came right out to give the bid, but it was a very reasonable price as well. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about my animals and even worked around them so I wouldn’t have to move them to other fields. My original barn is over 50 yrs old and wood, making the build-out more difficult to match, because the build-out was metal. He brought a color wheel to match the original roof perfectly. He was amazing with communication, texting with any question or issue as they arose. He offered layout options throughout the process, enabling more space than I originally expected. Unfortunately, my build was during the big snow/ice storm in January 2025, he never missed a beat, worked in freezing temps and some days, even worked after dark. He was so caring for my donkeys and mares, always being sure to keep nails and any tools that could injure them, away from them. The build is perfect Craftsmanship and my donkeys love it. He will definitely be my first call, the next time I need a build.

Devan did a addiction to my cabin adding a bathroom and a garage. He takes pride in his work and did a very good job. He also built a custom deck and it turned out awesome.

Dennison Construction was great to work with!! He showed up to work everyday until the project was finished! He put in a full days work and most of the time worked until dark!! I have hired Dennison for several project now and recommended him to friends who have used him and were completely satisfied with his services! I would recommend Dennison Construction to anyone!!!

Quick response, everything was done in the timely manner that was agreed upon before the work was started. They took the extra time to make sure everything was done right, and even fixed some stuff that they saw that needed done.
