- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price you see is the price you pay unless you also get uplighting or Name in Lights. Our goal is frustration free pricing and to keep our services affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call and go through what we offer, what we do at events, and then talk about the next steps if they would like to book services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree for digital audio recording arts and understand much more than the average DJ when it comes to music, and audio.
