- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Michelle & Brittany photography we don’t do discounts. We have priced and curated each of our packages to make sure that we never miss a moment. When determining our packages, we asked ourselves, “what’s the minimum we would want if this were our event?”.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a contact form that asks a few more questions to help us get to know our clients and their needs. From there we focus on providing personalized support throughout your photography journey, from searching for a photographer and planning to taking the photos and post-session communication.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When do you need your photos by? What’s the occasion? Do you have inspiration you’re pulling from for this session? If so, be sure to share your inspo with the photographer. Do you have a location in mind?
