Christian responded quickly to our request for service, and he was willing to work with us despite a very low budget. The day of the wedding, he got to the place on time and greeted us with warmth and smiles when we arrived. He brought his assistant with him, and they both seem agreeable people to be around. They were patient and kind to my husband and I. However, the pictures that we received are NOT of good quality. They're mostly dark with poor/low lighting; they don't seem to have been worked on adequately. We received over 20 pictures. None of them shows our full bodies; they're all cut at the waist or below. We made multiple requests (phone calls and text messages) for some additional pictures with our full bodies on them; he remains totally indifferent and unresponsive. I hope he understands how frustrating this is to my husband and myself to not have great pictures to look at from our wedding day. I was feeling grateful when Christian agreed to work with us, and I was excited to see him actually there on THE DAY since we didn't pre-pay the photoshoot. But it's now a bittersweet memory for us, and the aftertaste is quite sour
