Arrived on time, thoroughly listened to the issue I was having, and in less than 2 hours my AC unit was no longer short cycling and working in proper order. Will continue to use for tune up services and other HVAC needs.

Contacted Neuner to review a furnace that was not working in a rental unit. Initially, his response time was quick. He seemed eager and up the task. He came out and diagnosed the issue. We discussed payment and scheduled an installation date. Neuner never showed up for the scheduled install. I have called several times, sent text messages, and left a voicemail. I never received a call back or a message. Not sure if he decided to not provide service or he just disappeared. Regardless, we agreed on a plan and he ghosted.

I want to believe he did a shabby job at a high rate. I had a leak after he finished, i called him, and he kept giving excuses of why he couldn't be there at an agreed time, and he never showed up or texted again.

Unfortunately the service provider no showed the appointment. We never heard back from him, so I never knew what happen. Maybe he got into an emergency situation on the day.

I use flat rate pricing on most jobs so the homeowner knows the exact final price before the job is started. I charge per vent on air duct/dryer vent cleanings.
