Arrived on time, thoroughly listened to the issue I was having, and in less than 2 hours my AC unit was no longer short cycling and working in proper order. Will continue to use for tune up services and other HVAC needs.

Thomas cleaned 10 vents including the cold air return, my dryer vent and had to climb into the attic to removed a bird's nest from my fan in the bathroom. He did an excellent job. I didn't realize how much dust and grime I had in my vents. He showed me the dryer vent lint that he removed not to mention what blew away. It was quite a bit. He explained that this is quite dangerous and a hazard that could have caught my house on fire. It was expensive but worth the price. The price was quoted prior to him coming out. I would recommend him to my friends. Thanks Thomas.

Unfortunately, this guy encountered some bad luck during the week we coordinated having him come out and install a whole home humidifier. He was in a car accident (fortunately no one was hurt) and asked to reschedule for later in the week. I spoke with him a few times and exchanged some text messages to try and coordinate a later date. His last correspondence on a Wednesday was that he needed to check his planner when he gets home in 30 mins and will call back to reschedule for either Thursday or Friday. Haven’t heard from him since…
