- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is Simple. Our pricing structure is Simple. Our rate is $60/hour if one person works, and we charge for minimum two hours. As for the materials, you only pay for the exact amount used, following the principle of paying for what you need. In cases where specific materials are required for your project, your Handyman will discuss the necessary items with you and promptly acquire them from the appropriate stores, returning immediately to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually contact our Customers immediately after receiving a lead/task to confirm and answer any questions.
