Magnificent work for a reasonable price! I heard about Sergei from a close friend who also needed renovation work done at their home and recommended him to me. I was working with a demanding time table for an apartment needed to be done before renters came in and Sergei was more than accommodating. Sergei and his team made it happen even with time to spare! I have worked with many contractors in the past and many don't compare to the level of efficiency and quality Velecs&co Decorating has to offer. They don't make contractors like Sergei and Dima anymore, folks. Call Sergei for an estimate and you will be glad that you did!

I was in touch with Serguie for 3 weeks as seller was not ready to show the house .On the day of closing Serguie gave me an estimate of 3600 .It was clearly discussed base boards have to be painted .Nails have to be removed .Wherever holes are there it needs to be covered.Sat Sunday he did good work and on weekdays he had a different job .Due to overcommitment he was never able to focus on work and it was always in a hurry as he used to paint in evening for 3hrs which was never agreed upon.Whatever he asked for money I paid him but you have to constantly watch his work .Baseboard he will paint only the top and sides he will leave as it is .I paid 4800 for 3 bedroom house.When I holded 300$ asking to finish sone of the incomplete work he said he has to go to labor dept.I had lot of work in house to be done and would have waited for him another one month but with this attitude definetly no.You can hire him but make sure whatever you discuss is detailed noted in paper and signed off by both parties.And your work is done in day time not as a side job

Thank you Anita for review but I NEVER ask for money until I will finish a work. After you asked to paint additionaly the kitchen I asked to pay for all the work done as we were negotiated. Much appreciate also for experience with such customer like you. I will definitely have to fill a contact for future projects. P.S. I painted 4 not 3 bedrooms and entire first floor with high ceiling 13 feets Benjamin Moore paints including. Thank you Anita you have me choosen
