Chyngyz did an excellent job with a relative complex project. I had to open a hole in my drywall to fix my fireplace, and then discovered insulation had not been done properly around the flue. I needed someone to insulate, drywall, and paint. Chyngyz’s bid was slightly more expensive than some others, but I could tell he actually knew what he was doing, which was important to me when insulating around a hot pipe. He was responsive throughout the process, on time to the minute, and did excellent work. He even handled the paint matching and pickup for me. I would highly recommended KAIRA and Chyngyz.

They did a great job removing my tile backsplash and repairing dry wall behind. They also painted all of my trim and placed some that was missing as well and did a fantastic job. They stayed late one night to finish which was appreciated so we could just be done with home Reno!

Great experience, he was very detailed with his work and made sure we were happy before he left. Would definitely use him again. He did drywall patching and removed our popcorn ceiling in our bathroom. Reasonable prices also.
