My name is Neal Sherman of Sherman Flooring and I have over 42 years of experience through wood floor repair, refinishing, and installation of pre-finish and unfinished wood floors. The gratification I get from customers seeing them happy when their floors are finished are exactly why I got into this line of work. I cant even begin to describe the feeling of seeing a customers face once they see the transformation of the hardwood floors or stairs in their home. I recently had the pleasure of working with Neal to transform my condo, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. He installed new oak hardwood floors in a bedroom and refinished the existing hardwood floors in my living room, kitchen, and hallway. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Neal was incredibly thorough in his communication, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in the decisions I made. Our experience with Neal exceeded all expectations. From planning, to choosing our stain and towards the end of the project, he was very accommodating, patient and focused on every detail. We have numerous projects in our home currently, we appreciated his patience while working around these circumstances. Neal was absolutely incredible my floors look better than I could have imagined, working with VERY old floors and the shape they were in and they look incredible! He was very accommodating and kind every day! I would recommend him to anyone!

Neal was such a pleasure to work with! He is very professional and hard working - he was able to complete our job within just a few days in order to fit into our construction timeline and schedule. I always appreciated his honesty, punctuality and dedication. We had our hardwood floors refinished at our last home and it left so much dust and dirt afterwards - that was NOT the case with Neal. He cleaned up after himself and I could not believe his technique to minimize the dust throughout the project. The home we purchased refrigerator leaked causing damage to the hard wood floors. Neal was able to refinish and replace the wood to make it look like new (see before and after photos!). We are so happy with the results and would recommend Neal to anyone in the future. Neal was great throughout the entire process of refinishing our hardwood floors. We had constant communication and he kept us in the loop as to what he was doing and when it would all be completed.
