I can see why Ivan is highly rated. Very responsive, down to earth, and knowledgeable about his craft. I avoided getting my gutters cleaned for sometime and the exterior was discolored. There were things growing in there too. Now they look amazing and I feel more educated about how to keep it maintained, thanks to Ivan.

I don't like that Thumbtack only allows you to choose up to three things I would have chosen all five this was an extremely nice person who was knowledgeable and helped me out I would recommend this company and this man for any type of power washing or brick paving or anything needed
