Peter and Trend Development were very easy to work with and he really captured our vision for our 1st floor and kitchen remodel. He definitely over delivered with his timeline and the final outcome was very much to our liking. Any speed bump or roadblock we encountered was dealt with as a team and his crews took care of it. We had complete visibility and transparency to anything that changed with the scope. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. I think he's one of the best you can find in terms of speed and the specialization/expertise of his crews. He always made sure to take care of you and meet/exceed your expectations. I won't think twice about giving Peter a call if I have a future project in mind.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Trend Development and Contractor on renovating the first floor of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Peter and his team were exemplary in their professionalism and dedication to the project. One of the major challenges we faced was discovering that the tiles were installed on top of builder-grade tiles. However, the team handled the situation with ease, promptly removing the existing flooring, leveling the ground, and expertly installing vinyl flooring that exceeded my expectations. Peter’s commitment to open communication was truly impressive. He was always reachable and ready to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the renovation process, which provided me with peace of mind and confidence in the project’s progress. I could also say that the work quality and Peter’ professionalism were also top notch. Trend delivered a fabulous project in record time at a very fair budget. So much of the project was turn key. I purchased fixtures, appliances, flooring, tile and lighting and Peter’s team took care of the installation and ordering the cabinets and counters. I got everything I wanted in my beautiful new kitchen. I highly recommend Peter and his network of suppliers and his construction team.

Peter responded quickly to our initial inquiry and communicated well throughout the project giving me regular updates so we knew what was happening next. He was personal and professional and had a great team of sub-contractors who were as well. We were also impressed with their detailed efforts to set down paper and plastic throughout the entire entry area up to where they would be working on our second floor shower renovation and also had someone come to clean up the entire area afterwards. We would definitely use Trend Development and Construction again and highly recommend!
