- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and affordable for every homeowner. We offer coupons, discounts and maintenance plans so there are plenty ways to save money as you become our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we require a description of the problem, service address, customer name and email, so we can schedule, manage and update the appointment in order to keep customer notified. We offer free estimates for every type of the job. Don't be afraid to ask us to come out and give you the right advice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to attend HVAC/R classes which helped me understand this work. After that I spent some decent amount of time on the field with other workers in order to practice. Then I started working for hvac companies and gaining more and more experience every day. I want to mention that in this trade you can't say "Well, I've read everything, and know everything!". Every day there is something new to learn as technology moves forward.
