- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced and all services such as a walk, fresh water, food, and medication are included under our price. Two dogs/three cats are included under our pricing making us a more affordable option (when compared to boarding).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a meet and greet over the phone or in-person to learn more about your pet/s needs and go over our policies. Then, we get you set up on our portal and app which makes it easy to schedule, cancel, receive journals, and pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are trained exactly the same way so you'll get the same high level of care no matter which of our pet professionals comes to take care of your pet. We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates.
