Thanksgiving evening hot water heater went out. Juan responded to my inquiry within minutes.Had us send pictures and serial number so he knew exactly what we had. Diagnosed and gave options. Was at the house the next morning by 8:00am with replacement. Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. Job was more involved that originally thought and ran out to get parts. Completed job and left area spotless. I would highly recommend Juan for repairs . Will continue to use him for upkeep and maintenance .

Juan and crew did exactly what they promised and when they promised it. This was an annual inspection of my sewer line required by sanitary district. Crew was very polite. They had the equipment they needed and were very neat, made no mess. They provided an invoice electronically which made it very easy for me to submit to the sanitary district. I would definitely recommend BluShark plumbing and will use them again.

Texted Juan a video of what was going on at 11 pm and made an appointment for him to come in at 6 am the following morning. It was not an extreme emergency as initially thought but needed to be taken care of quickly to avoid basement flood. Juan came on time, got all he needed and fixed within a couple hours. Very friendly service.
