I would hailey recommend AsLan. Our technician that came out was excellent! He was prompt and efficient. He Identified the problem with our icemaker and replaced it. I have to say he was very knowledgeable of other appliances that we had and gave us some excellent information about our new Bosch dishwasher we recently had installed. I contacted Aslan to repair my refrigerator after a different contractor (not from Thumbtack) failed to correctly repair it. Aslan's service tech John came out and was very thorough. He not only correctly diagnosed the problem but he completely repaired the issue. He even had the parts on hand which is a welcome change from most of my other experiences with other companies when they never seem to have the part you need in stock. The refrigerator now runs like it's brand new. I wish I had not wasted the time and money with the first repair person but I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Call Aslan first!

I wish I had gotten the name of the Technician that worked on our Whirlpool Dryer. He was both tenacious and determined to get our dryer to work; and he did it! In addition, his demeanor was very courteous and professional. I will definitely call on AsLan Appliance Repair again!! They have not disappointed!!
