- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a competitively priced company and pride ourselves on quality. We offer our repeat customers a discount and scheduling preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we request a site visit to review the project, at this time we will discuss design options and gather measurements needed to create a written estimate. Once our office creates an estimate, we email it to our client with a copy of our insurance, a document with internet links to recent projects and any references we deem would be helpful in the decision process for the new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and skilled tradesman with over 25 years of combined experience in our fields.
