- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would never claim to be the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We pride ourselves on making sure the customer gets 'bang for their buck.'
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would need to discuss the work and the property where the work would take place. I can usually turn around a quote for work in 24-48 hours. If acceptable, we would immediately add you to our route and get the work taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only formal training/certifications we have are related to applying pesticides and fertilizer from the Illinois Department of Agriculture. The foremen at our company has almost two decades of experience. We attend a couple training seminars every year for to get more knowledge on the latest technology, best practices, and newest products in our field.
