- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard wedding package begins at $2295.00 for 6 hours of photography, 2 photographers, engagement photos and a selection of prints. We can provide custom quotes for weddings less than 8 hours. Our minimum charge for wedding photography is $750. There are no additional fees with my photo work unless specified in advance. Generally pricing does not include paper photo prints unless specified in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While most basic questions can be answered via text or email, phone call is the best way for me to get to know your needs. First we agree upon pricing and then a photo shoot location. For wedding packages we require a $200 deposit to secure your wedding date. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding date. After processing the photos I post them to an online gallery for previewing and client approval. After the client is 100% satisfied with the photos and any balance due is paid we release the digital files via Google drive or another cloud storage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose a photographer who's style you like and who appreciates what you want out of your photos. Also be sure the person is a genuine professional doing photography as their main occupation. There are many people out there with nice cameras but the work before, during and after a photoshoot really requires a professional focus. If hiring a drone photographer be sure they are licensed pros and not a hobbyist.
