- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flexible packages that work with many different budgets. Every customer will find at least one that fits theirs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session begins with a 20 minute virtual discovery call where we ask you to walk through the space and voice your concerns and overall desires for it. Once we have mutually agreed that my services and your project would make a great team, we will advance to the next step. What follows is a prepaid design consultation where the needs and challenges with your current space will be addressed through strong visual inspiration provided by your consultant. Inspiration shared may not be exact. Be prepared to discuss your budget, scope of work, timeline and other details. The consultation fee is due at the start of this meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years field training with project management, timeline management, contract negotiation, property management and design project execution. My work has been featured by HGTV, Wayfair and Shutterfly.
