Not sure why you don't feel as healthy as you like?
Do you have medical complications that make it difficult to exercise?
Having trouble sticking to your health goals?

You want to eat better, but you don't know where to begin?

Along with personal training, I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology to become a Sports Psychologist. I am just as passionate about the mind and mental health as I am about the physical human body. My ultimate goal is to help people physically, but emotional and spiritual health is just as, if not more important. Because of my medical background, I specialize in handling various health conditions, whether chronic or injury and have had success with several of my clients' rehabilitation processes that have gone through different health conditions types such as bariatric surgery, diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol factors. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone, strengthen, get back on a good eating plan, recover or feel better about your body, I believe I can help you create a space for holistic health that is grounded in sports medicine research and allows you to change your perspective about turning fitness from a hobby to becoming a lifestyle.
