FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not carry a minimum monthly rental for vacant staging. The first month is included in the cost of the staging, in the second month monthly rental starts. Rental costs are based on the number of rooms and amount of furnishings in each room - we can work within a client's budget to provide various levels of staging. Rental costs are always lower than the original staging fee. Occupied staging services vary from a Walk and Talk Consult to providing full staging services including use of our own inventory. Our various service levels allow for us to work within a client's budget to meet their staging needs. It is best to contact us for us to learn more about your project to allow us to best meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial walk-through and consultation with the home owner. This allows us to better understand the style of the home, the target market and the needs of the homeowner . We stage each property specific to the style of the home and the target market. We also provide home redesign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Home Staging Resource Professional stagers. We undertake ongoing education through this certification. We are also certified through American Association of Home Stagers and Redesigners and are members of RESA and Stagers Connect.
