I’m not very handy around the house, and I am the first to admit it. When I got home and found the refrigerator wasn’t working I knew we needed to get someone out here asap. I found Mike on Thumbtack. After initial contact, he was at our doorstep within the hour. He knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue, and his fee was not outrageous. Finding a good handyman is usually by trial and error. I am happy to say that I’m glad I tried RUMM LLC. Mike (Sala) responded to my request (to replace the flushing mechanism/filter in my toilet) faster than I had expected. He was flexible and able to schedule an appointment within 24-hours of being contacted. He actually arrived early, which I appreciated. He was very personable and professional.
