We purchased a building and immediately began seeking ballpark quote to rip out the carpet and refinish the hardwood flooring underneath. Modest was super responsive and provided an anticipated price range, which turned out to be pretty accurate. His team was on time each day, provided updates on progress, showed us spots that required repairs as they found them, and gave us pricing for the repairs before starting them. With the cost of buying the building, we only afford to refinish a few of the rooms, and they turned out beautiful. We plan to call Modest when we are able to complete the rest of our unit!
