Jake was so professional throughout the whole process from booking the appointment to the wonderful creativity and knowledge that he provided for the shoot. Great personality, trustworthy, and easy to work with. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

I hired JMV Portraits to take photographs at my sons rehearsal dinner. I was very disappointed with the quality of the photos. Many of them have glare in the background from the windows, making them not worth printing. It also took a long time for me to get the photos back after the event. I asked for them multiple times in email and got no response. I tried to resolve the issue with him, but he did not agree, and made no reparations.

Jacob was amazing! It takes a lot of patience to herd cats at a wedding, and he did so graciously. We had a somewhat non-traditional wedding, and Jacob worked with us all the way through. He was reasonable, flexible, accommodating, and just a joy to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough, and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
