- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple actually. I offer a free no obligation consultation, I assess the event and I will give a price on the spot based on the info provided and expectations from my clients. It can be per whole event or it can be per hour, it can include extras like second shooters, wedding albums, prints, website hosting, prints etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a request comes in I will usually respond via email, text or phone call within 24 hours. I'll get some basic info and if we click then I will set up in person meeting at my client's convenience as in location and timing to discuss details there in a relaxed environment. No time limit, I will answer all the questions, I will address all concern and I am willing to show all my work that is requested from me: photos, album, prints, videos, highlights etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend workshops all the time they are offered locally by famous photographers or studios, Creative Live webinars, online webinars to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in order to offer my clients the best all the time, then I am a member of NAPP(National Association of Photoshop Professionals) and I have subscribed to the Photoshop magazine that has always the latest editing updates for my photos. This are all paid, then there are all the free videos from internet that I usually check for updates.
