I had a great experience with Julio. There are several key features about him, which makes him ideal to handle such works. First of all he is a very nice, honest and modest person, which I could easily connect to and rely on. Second of all, his work ethics. Always on time. Making additional time to finish the works within the schedule. His work quality. We had several issues with our floors, and he could come up with efficient and clean solutions. I would highly recommend him for any hardwood floor works. He knows the domain very well.

Julio arrived on a Saturday and I agreed to hire him. He shows up to work on my floors on that following Monday and work completed that Wednesday. He is very responsive, and arrived on time each day. There were a few minor details that I wasn’t happy with, BUT he arrived the very next day to fix it. I’m absolutely happy with his work. Will hire him again for floorings in my basement.

Julio and his team were amazing. He responded quickly to my posting and was fair in pricing. Elegance Hardwood floors exceeded my expectations with their quick response time to my inquiry, prompt meeting and very exceptional quality of work and low cost. My hardwood floors had buckled and warped. The hardwood flooring was installed at an angle and Elegance repeated my desired pattern. Elegance hardwood flooring found the source of the moisture and proceeded to remove all affected areas including the subfloor, add the missing vapor barrier and add the paper barrier the. use new hardwood to finish the floors with 2 coats of polyurethane. Julio was on top of all aspects of the project and was an excellent communicator. The pricing was hard to beat because it was so competitive and affordable. I decided to also redo the entire 2nd floor of existing hardwood flooring with a sanding and 1 coat of polyurethane for a minimal cost to provide a. brand new look and preserve my initial investment in hardwood flooring.

Julio did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floor in one bedroom and installing new floors in two rooms. Julio is a super nice guy that does really excellent work. I would definitely rehire him and recommend him to others.
