I sent Tracy’s Fun Face painting a message to get pricing info. She advised me that she did not see the previous message that I sent her, so I sent her a screenshot of it….however she responds with “if my services are needed please let me know or something of the sort, however she still doesn’t answer the most pertinent question, which was …”is there a 2 hour minimum?” I wanted to know because everyone that I spoken with previously had mentioned this, but she did not! So she responds and says “ yes, it’s a 2 hour minimum and I’m not offering any discounts right now!” I was confused and I felt disregarded and disrespected….. first off, I NEVER ONCE asked for a discount, all I wanted was a clear understanding of your prices and policies! Secondly, customer service is EVERYTHING and hers is lacking at best, I’m not sure what her quality consists of but I would NEVER book with her!
