My dryer stopped working correctly and Rapid Pros responded quickly and was upfront with an affordable quote when I described the problem without the risk of a costly service call. The repairman, Sam, showed up exactly when he said he would and was a true and kind professional. I would definitely use them again when the need arises.

He was punctual, professional, provided good insight into what caused my oven to stop working and he resolved the issue expeditiously! He added extra valve in giving-me tips on how to maintain other appliances within my home. His price was reasonable and he is now my go to for home appliance repair.

I had scheduled a repair with Sam for a dryer repair. We set the appointment and everything was good until we found out the part we need was no longer manufactured. It would have taken 4-6 weeks to ship and my wife and couldn’t wait any so we canceled the appointment. But a day later Sam wrote me back saying he found the parts needed! It was great because we couldn’t afford another appliance. Sam came out on the day scheduled and scheduled time and knock it out. He was great. No issues and I’d hire him again in a heart beat.
