When working with a new customer, I first listen to their needs and preferences for the TV installation, whether it’s mounting, cable management, or any special requirements. Then, I provide a clear, upfront quote and schedule a convenient time for the installation. On the day of the job, I ensure everything is set up perfectly, test the TV, and make sure the customer is happy with the result before I leave.
