As a first time user I would like to share my experience with Windy City Remodeling. I am very hesitant in hiring when it comes to my home, but from the first day I messaged them I was impressed with the prompt responses. They came in and completed the work in a timely matter, and it came out exactly as discussed in the estimate discussions. What really stood out to me was the representation provided during the estimate. The man who came out (I think his name was Johnathan), was completely transparent about the estimate on cost, and time for completion, and then followed it up with outstanding customer service and finished project. I could tell he was dedicated his craft, and more than knowledgeable of each necessary step. They also took extra steps to ensure that while they worked, they kept the rest of my house perfectly clean.
