- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have minimum price of $125.00. This is because each job requires travel to and from, and therefore decreases the time I am available to work and earn a living for my family. I respect my clients time and ask the same from my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacted by a new customer, I will ask for details and pictures of the work they are wanting done. I will then find the materials at the best price and send over an estimate to the customer. When the customer accepts, I will call or text to provide details and schedule an arrival window for the day of the work. On bigger jobs, I will schedule a time to meet with the client and review the scope prior to providing an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from taking all the trades classes in high school, and working in a trade myself for 10 years, I have done side work for friends and family since I was around 18.
