Had water coming through the foundation into basement apartment in Chicago. This was my second meeting with Rene but my first time hiring him. Rene came to the job and provided a professional and detailed quote. Once I hired him for the job he and his crew came out and repaired the rear foundation adding a raised 3'w X 30'L pitched concrete slab with a flashing so that the rain water would run down the wall, onto the flashing, then onto the pitched concrete slab. Rene also did work on the inside of the unit using an opoxy and repairing the damage to the drywall. Rene did excellent work! I have used him and his company on several other projects since this one and have always been super happy with the work. He is a really nice guy too! Since the work was completed, it has rained many times. The basement unit has flooded from other entry points but the work that Rene did has stood up well to the rain and there has been no leaks of any sort.

I had New Age Construction to skim the concrete on my porch because there was a lot of cracks and chipping. They did a wonderful job. I really appreciate him being on time and I appreciate his professionalism. Thank you for doing a great job to what looked like an impossible situation.,

The Team consulted with Owners,others on lawful,diverse business practices and will continue on selected commercial,residential projects. Yes all persons especially seniors,disabled need lawful resources without political corruption,abuse. We reviewed the law with State and local officials for compliance. The team along owner,other officials discussed projects,resources with traveling team legal eagles angels,lawyers,mediators,consultants,active,retired military team. We had unethical neighborhood and neighbors try to disturb,disrupt team however lawful diligence,ethical,justice progressed them with completion. The youth,seniors were glad of the services of construction. Gracias

I wanted to raise my foundation to make a full basement, but after talking to several contractors the price and the possible problems were really deterring me. But then New Age Construction contacted me and suggested a new approach that deepened my basement and solved all my problems at half the cost. They are just putting on the finishing touches. I couldn't be happier!
