FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Feel free to ask about anything. I’m more than willing to work with any budget, but I do know a lowball when I see one. I am also more than confident in my abilities to get you the perfect product, EVERY SINGLE TIME.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the customer personally and aim to create a deeper bond, so they trust me beyond the contractor level. I like to make sure we are on the same page from start to finish, and don’t start working until I get a concrete visual in my head that matches the customer’s description of the desired project. We work and expand from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my year of Broadcast Production class in high school, I studied at Columbia College Chicago as a Film & TV. I learned film/TV terminology, best practices for shooting, how to work behind-the-scenes & in front of the camera, how to read from a teleprompter as if there was no script, how minor details like color correction can portray emotion & how sound design can make a film story come alive, etc.
