Hastings Painting did an amazing job painting my son’s bedroom, a bathroom and they also did some dry wall repair. They were super responsive, punctual, and, most importantly, they did excellent work I’m really happy with the results and have already recommended them to friends!

Great quick response to my inquiry and fair quote beating other Thumbtack referrals by a good amount. Owner came out quickly and gave an estimate. Promised day of job start was a no show. A day later work begun and was completed in two short days which was good. A few days after completion I noticed some of the work was not well done. Some trim work was lacking full coverage and definitely not two coats as promised. All in all job was acceptable and I fixed up some of the issues with leftover paint. I think the price was fair based on competition. If I had done a more thorough evaluation of the work before paying, I think they would have corrected the issues.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually schedule a free estimate. We come to your property and assess your project and discuss the logistics and identify your needs and make recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation painter. I have over 20 years experience. We have worked on commercial and residential projects. All of our painters have at least 15 years of experience. We also have references available upon request
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was taught by my father and his father taught him. I am a 3rd generation painter.
